- Accreditation Canada governance standards
- Governance framework (governance charter, general bylaws and interim practitioner staff bylaws).
The Board Secretary role is a delegated responsibility by the Board to ensure the integrity of all Board governance processes.
Regulatory Affairs
Regulatory Affairs anticipates changes to legislation and assists SHA’s operations to understand the impacts of statutory and regulatory requirements.
