Regulatory Affairs provides legal expertise to ensure corporate compliance and general counsel for governance matters.
Our work is cross functional with the Policy team, Health Information Services, and many other departments. We collaboratively support the creation, exchange, and retention of corporate and clinical information in both paper and electronic formats.

Meet the Team
Christa Sather
Christa joined the Regulatory Affairs department as a Corporate Record Specialist in 2022. She has over 15 years’ experience with the former Saskatoon Health Region working as an Emergency Preparedness Planner, Privacy Coordinator, Enterprise Risk Management Coordinator, and an Administrative Assistant in Quality Services.
She has a diploma in Records and Information Management from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT), a diploma in Disaster and Emergency Management from Ryerson University (now known as the Toronto Metropolitan University), and a diploma from the Saskatoon Business College for an Administrative Assistant/Records Technician.
Christa is excited about her role as she works with all SHA staff and practitioners to provide guidance and expertise related to records and information management.
