AIMS: Time validation and scheduling – what’s different this time
AIMS rollouts are built for your needs:
- User-friendly design: Staff were directly involved in testing the updated system to create a more intuitive, user-friendly experience.
- Phased releases: AIMS rollouts will occur in phases to reduce disruptions and ensure smoother transitions.
- Time to stabilize: Each release includes at least two full payroll cycles between releases to monitor and fine-tune the system.
- Ongoing support: We’re committed to keeping you informed and providing support and resources throughout the process.

Please note: At this time, only Release 1 and 2 staff and leaders will have access to these Quick Reference Guides. To find out which release your area is part of, sign into MyConnection and review the Time Validation and Scheduling Release Plan.
