Another 1,795 employees are live in MyScheduling

On August 27, 1,795 employees in the SHA’s former Cypress region started using the new MyScheduling system as part of Release 3.

Congratulations to everyone who worked hard to achieve this milestone. They have joined close to 6,000 other employees who are already live and working in the system. Support will continue to be provided to employees through self-service resources available on the AIMS Info Page, on-the-ground support, and MyConnection.

MyScheduling release timelines shifting

The new MyScheduling system is being implemented in phases to ensure employees are supported through the change. Based on our learnings and employee feedback, future releases are being adjusted to ensure appropriate support for a smooth transition is provided.

The most immediate change is to Release 3, which now includes employees within SHA’s former Cypress health region, employees of SHA’s former Five Hills health region, Providence Place, or St. Joseph’s Hospital-Foyer D’Youville, are moving into a future release.

Employees in the SHA’s former Regina Qu’Appelle region, the Salvation Army William Booth Special Care Home, SHEPP, Cupar and District Nursing Home, Lumsden Heritage Home, and Santa Maria Senior Citizens Home who were previously planned for Release 4, will also have their go live dates adjusted.

Employee e-learning will continue for those already enrolled, but instructor-led training sessions and virtual information sessions are being adjusted so resources can be re-allocated to support employees working in the new MyScheduling system and so that training can be offered closer to the go-live dates. Information on adjusted timelines will be provided in the coming weeks.
