AIMS All Leaders learning

Story

Please be advised that a previous communication indicated that All Leaders would register for an All Leaders learning session. This was an error, as it is only the All Leaders optional drop-in sessions that require registration to ask questions of a subject matter expert.

All Leaders learning will consist of a welcome orientation session and then up to 5.5 hours of additional learning, including two hours on scheduling functionality. These sessions are available through MyConnection.

All Leaders learning modules

All those who manage employees in any capacity are included in the Leader category, and should take the following modules:

  • The “Welcome to AIMS for Leaders” learning module, which will be recorded and available for multiple viewings.
  • The “AIMS Overview for Leaders” learning module.

Instructions for accessing the two All Leader learning modules

  1. Go to MyConnection
  2. Click on “MyLearning” then “Access MyLearning” from the dropdown
  3. You will now be in the Student Dashboard of “MyLearning”
  4. Click on “View More Courses”
  5. Search for “Welcome to AIMS for Leaders”
  6. The learning module tile will appear. Click on the tile.
  7. Click “Enroll for Free”
  8. You will be automatically enrolled and the learning module will launch

Repeat steps 5 through 8 to access the second learning module for leaders by searching “AIMS Overview for Leaders”.
