AIMS learning for schedulers available September 20, 2022
The Administrative Information Management System (AIMS) learning modules for all employees who schedule staff, will be released effective September 20, 2022.
All learning is online. The modules that employees who schedule staff require, will be loaded on to their personal student dashboard. First, log in to MyConnection, then follow this path:
MyConnection > MyLearning > Access MyLearning
This will take employees to a student dashboard where they will see course names starting with "WFM”. They will review all modules beginning with WFM, and then register to attend one of the drop-in Q and A sessions, should they have questions. Drop-in sessions will be released Tuesday, September 20.

If an employee who schedules staff does not see these modules, then please submit an inquiry by going to MyConnection > MyLearning > Questions about MyLearning. Fill out the form indicating that you need to access the WFM (Scheduling) courses.
