Important AIMS information regarding reimbursements
The AIMS team has identified a system issue that is impacting some employees related to reimbursements. We acknowledge the challenges this may cause some employees.
Errors such as a missed or incorrect reimbursement have been identified. We have been able to identify the employees whose mileage claims and other expenses such as professional fees have not been reimbursed. Those reimbursements are being processed and money will start appearing in bank accounts as early as Friday and continuing into next week.
