SHA templates are now accessible quicker and easier than ever before.
Common SHA templates have been uploaded directly to Microsoft Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint. Simply select “new” document, then “shared” to see your options. Commonly used templates will also show up on your program home screen after a period of time.
If you can’t find what you’re looking for, additional template options exist on the SHA Intranet.
All staff and physicians, but especially those in leadership roles, are expected to be ambassadors of the SHA brand. One way to do this is to ensure you are using official SHA-branded templates for all business correspondence on behalf of the SHA, including presentations and communication with staff. By using a single, professional and provincial visual identity, we can amplify our organization’s voice and show others how much we care.
