In-scope staff and remaining practitioner staff are eligible to submit their proof of vaccination or enroll in the Monitored Testing Program
From today, November 15 through November 22, 2021 all SHA in-scope staff and remaining Practitioner Staff are eligible to submit their proof of vaccination record or enroll in the Monitored Testing Program (MTP) for the Proof of Full COVID-19 Vaccination policy directive.
All remaining Practitioner Staff who have not previously accessed MyConnection should now have received an invitation to the MyConnection- Proof of Vaccination Portal from Monitoredtestingprogram@saskhealthauthority.ca. Once the account is activated, the individual can submit their PoV document or enroll in the MTP.
Details on how to submit your proof of vaccination, as well as how to enroll in the MTP are available on the Proof of Full COVID-19 Vaccination intranet page. Here you will also find a Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination Poster that is available for posting in areas where staff may not have regular computer access, Key Messages and Questions and Answers to some of the most commonly asked questions on the policy directive’s processes and programs.
The COVID-19 Vaccination certificate from MySaskHealthRecord is required for proof of vaccination. Pictures of wallet cards or pictures of just your QR Code will not be accepted.
How-to videos and a handbook with further details on the MTP are also now available on the Enroll in the Monitored Testing Program page. A MyConnection account is required to properly submit your information. The application is both desktop and mobile-friendly.
Those in the MTP will be required to submit their first test on November 23. All uploads will be validated by the testing team; however this process will take some time. Do not wait to receive confirmation of validation before coming to work. You will be contacted should there be questions or concerns about your submission.
Any in-scope staff or remaining Practitioner Staff who do not submit their PoV or enroll in the MTP by November 22 will be investigated. This may result in putting an individual on leave without pay pending investigation, and/or removal of their practitioner privileges.
