AIMS implementation now end of October

Provider unions, CUPE, SEIU-West and SGEU negotiated a standardized seniority calculation, effective October 2022. This functionality was to be developed after AIMS was implemented, but the decision has been made to include this feature upon implementation. As such, AIMS will be implemented approximately four weeks later at the end of October. Previously announced restriction dates related to organizational structure, HR movement and job postings will be adjusted to accommodate the new implementation date. Learning will be available prior to this new implementation date, which will provide more opportunities for all employees and all managers to consume this learning. Please watch for additional communications on AIMS, as we near important dates leading up to the implementation of the system. |
